A limited edition memoir of 100 copies was produced with a four-panel fold-out family tree hand stitched into the centre to the book The hand-stitched booklet is bound with a navy buckram cover finished with a subtle de-bossed graphic of a New Zealand native bell-bird with a copper foil finish.
